Instructor JP Pro

Instructor JP Pro is the culmination of over 20 years of careful hand-made work and experience from a professional trainer certified by the NSCA, with Harvard coursework in nutrition and computer science.

Built on 3 pillars:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Metabolism

Unique identity:
- No AI. This application does not generate content with artificial intelligence.
- Made by the professional himself. Not built by a company or team of developers.
- Privacy first. No real names, emails or phone numbers are required.

Start from day one. No excuses
Workout and diet programs come for free with the app. These are general hand-made professional programs by Instructor JP, covering 6 weight ranges, different training levels with exercise equipment or just your bodyweight. You can also record your heart rate with a Bluetooth-compatible device.

Workout Builder
This software allows you to create professional-grade workout programs tailored to the user, based on their specific training level, equipment, goals and limitations.

Analyze your diet
More than 7,000 foods from the United States Department of Agriculture database are available through the app.

Discover exercises
500+ exercises, 150+ multi-angle slow-motion instructional videos. Each exercise has been cataloged to quantify its affinity for fat loss, muscle gain, specific training levels and much more.

Science-based exercise and food substitutions
The system analyzes 62 biomechanical data points per exercise to provide you with logical and safe exercise alternatives. If you don't have a specific food, the system searches the full database to find the closest food at a macronutrient and caloric level.

Simplified complexity
The goal is to open the app and immediately know what to do.
The biomechanics, nutrition and algorithms work behind the scenes. The complexity is shown simply through anatomical images, charts and videos.

Metabolic Protocol - A function that is earned, not bought
This app is designed for the everyday user, but behind it lies a bigger challenge.
Not every day we expend the same amount of energy; therefore, not every day we require the same amount and type of food.
The metabolic protocol is a unique system of real-time nutritional adjustment built by Instructor JP. It has been tested over 6 years with incredible success on many subjects; it is still in the testing phase but is available here already. It contains proprietary formulas and procedures that adjust the quantity and distribution of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and calories.
Each heart rate recording recalculates the diet and provides the user with the required dietary adjustment via a simple protein shake.
The metabolic protocol is an optional function. It's blocked by design until the user records their first 30 continuous days of diet and heart rate.

Where was AI used?
From day one I (José Pablo Camacho Alvarado - Instructor JP) decided to personally write the code for the backend, databases, biomechanics, nutrition and algorithms. All of it is built from more than 20 years of experience and 15 years of manually compiled information which I finally translated into SQL and Python. For this mobile app, I made a different decision. My background is in Python, not mobile development, so I used Claude to write the app's code under my direction because, without it, the result would have been far less polished and would have taken an unreasonable amount of time. Claude built the interface. All the data, images, videos, algorithms, workouts and diets behind it are completely AI-free and come directly from my own hand-made work and effort.

From Instructor JP
Every day I use these systems with my clients and myself. This is the work of my life written in software, and it has taken thousands of days and nights.
In the end, my goal with this app and its systems goes far beyond selling my expertise.
It is really to help all the people who are willing to help themselves by providing the tools they need.

Good luck
