InstaPe

InstaPe is a Mumbai-based fintech platform that enables employees of partner companies to access salary advances through RBI-regulated lenders via a fully digital process. Loans are originated digitally and disbursed by RBI-registered partners including Suryoday Small Finance Bank and Mufin Green Finance Limited.

InstaPe does not lend from its own balance sheet. It is available to full-time employees of signed-up employers, with qualifications like Indian residency, age 21+, active employment, and RBI-compliant KYC. Terms include 3 to 24 months and APR 8–30%; the platform complies with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, with data encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in India, VAPT-certified, and options to delete personal data on request.
