CashPey operates as a Loan Service Provider (LSP) facilitating loan applications for its RBI-registered NBFC partners.

PERSONAL LOANS
CashPey enables users to apply for unsecured personal loans through its lending partner:
Naman Commodities Private Limited
Registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
Registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
Certificate of Registration (CoR) No.: B-05.03944
All loans are sanctioned and disbursed solely by the NBFC partner, subject to eligibility and credit assessment.
Loan Details
* Loan Amount: ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000
* Tenure: 6 months to 36 months
* Interest Rate (per annum): 28% – 36%
* Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Up to 50%
* Processing Fee: Up to 10% of loan amount
* GST on Processing Fee: 18% (as applicable)
All charges, repayment schedules, and applicable fees are disclosed within the application before final loan confirmation.
Representative Example
If a customer applies for ₹1,00,000:
* Interest Rate: 28% per annum
* Processing Fee: 5% (₹5,000)
* GST on Processing Fee (18%): ₹900
* Net Disbursal Amount: ₹94,100
* Tenure: 12 months
* EMI: Approximately ₹9,650
Final loan amount, interest rate, charges, and EMI depend on the applicant’s credit profile and internal credit policies of the lending partner.
