InstantShift

InstantShift is staff scheduling and timekeeping built for Australian hospitality and retail teams. Build compliant rosters in minutes, share them instantly, and give every team member their shifts, availability, and timesheets in one app.

FOR MANAGERS & OWNERS
• Build rosters fast from reusable templates, or let auto-scheduling draft the week for you.
• Assign the right people to every shift, with awards and age-based pay rates applied automatically.
• Catch problems before they happen — the weekly pre-check flags unavailable staff and clashes.
• Approve timesheets, leave, and shift swaps in a tap.
• Publish a schedule and your team is notified instantly by push and email.
• Manage everything from the web dashboard or natively in the app.

FOR STAFF
• See your upcoming shifts and the full team roster at a glance.
• Set your availability and request time off — your manager is notified automatically.
• Swap shifts with teammates when life happens.
• Clock in and out, and keep an eye on your hours.
• Get notified the moment your roster is published or changes.

BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN WORKPLACES
• Modern Award pay rates, including junior/age-based rates.
• Timesheets ready to export to your payroll (Xero).
• Your business data is private and secured with row-level access controls.

InstantShift keeps rostering simple for the manager and clear for the team — so everyone knows exactly where they need to be.
