Now you call ,tell tech can't run cars autosentry down , they put u on a " critical" list , and if you don't call , continuously- ics " might "call you back oh 3 , 4 ,5 hours later ,with level 1 tech that you know more about system than he or she does .Then wait for next level tech to call , not solve problem and finally kick it up to lev3 . App works alot like ics service, poorly always needs updates.micrologic help!
