PDNote - Call Sheet, Breakdown

PDNote is the video production collaboration app where everything from the script breakdown to the call sheet is entered once.

Film, drama, web drama and short film crews split the script into scenes, and the script breakdown, department sheets, shooting schedule and call sheet are all built from that same scene data. When the script is revised, you only review the scenes that changed — every document follows.

· Pick a shoot day and the call sheet is drafted for you; every publish is versioned
· Share links that open without sign-in (with expiry), PDF export and ink-saving print
· Cast see only their own shoot days and call times in My schedule; call time texts

■ Revised drafts
· Re-import the 2nd or 3rd draft and scenes are matched as unchanged, modified, added, omitted or restored, with line-by-line diffs
· Only the departments affected are notified; published call sheets show a change banner
