Zello

App for the business team. Record purchases and update the customer's stamp card at the point of sale by scanning the QR code on their pass.

Your customers save their card on their phone. This app is used by the staff member: they scan the pass, record the purchase, and the program adds up the stamps.

Invite to the program
Display a QR code so the customer can sign up and download their pass. If there are multiple programs, you choose which one to share.

Scan
Scan the QR code on the pass or enter the code manually. Capture the amount spent and the order number. Upon confirmation, you see the stamps earned, the current stamps, and how many are needed for the next stamp. If the customer already has a reward ready, you can redeem it from the same screen.

Home
View today's purchases, stamps, and redemptions. The owner also sees program customers, new customers this month, and total redemptions.

Clients
Search for clients, filter by program, and view their details: current stamps, earned stamps, redemptions, and history.

Your Account
Update your name and phone number, change your password, and, if your device allows it, unlock the app with biometrics upon opening.

Access is through your device, using the account provided by the business.
