iStampr Merchant

iStampr Merchant is the staff app for businesses running a digital loyalty program with iStampr. Serve customers at the till, award stamps or points in a couple of taps, and keep an eye on how the program is doing, all from your phone.

AT THE TILL
- Scan a customer's wallet pass with the camera and award stamps or points on the spot.
- Look up a member by name, email or phone when they do not have their pass to hand.
- Redeem a reward and watch the balance update straight away.
- See the day's activity for your branch: visits, what was earned and what was redeemed.

FOR OWNERS
- Overview: members, visits, stamps and points earned, and rewards ready to claim, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Members: browse or search your customer list, then open anyone to see their balance, history and rewards.
- Switch between branches to see how each location is doing.
- Send a customer a message that appears on their wallet pass.

BUILT AROUND DIGITAL WALLET PASSES
Your customers keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No plastic cards, nothing extra for them to install, and their balance updates the moment you scan.

STAMP CARDS AND POINTS
Run a classic stamp card (buy ten, get one free), a points program that rewards spend, or both across different branches. Reward milestones, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend and limited-time multiplier campaigns are all supported.

ROLES
Sign in as a cashier for a focused till view, or as an owner for the full back office. Staff accounts, programs, rewards and campaigns are set up in the iStampr web console.
