INBALANCE is the companion app for participants of the INBALANCE personalized nutrition program. It brings together everything you need to follow your personalized nutrition plan in one place, including your meal plan, food diary, product catalog, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing guidance from your nutrition consultant.
Personalized Nutrition Plan
Your personalized weekly nutrition plan is created by an INBALANCE specialist based on your goals, lifestyle, and the recommendations of your program.
The Star Method
The app is built around the INBALANCE Star Method, designed to simplify daily nutrition tracking without the need to constantly calculate protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Instead of manually tracking macronutrients, foods are displayed using an intuitive star-based system that makes following your nutrition plan easier from day one.
Each star represents a nutritional unit:
• approximately 25 g of carbohydrates
• 25 g of protein
• 10 g of fat
Whenever more precise tracking is needed, you can switch to Numbers Mode, where the same foods are displayed with their exact protein, carbohydrate, and fat values. This mode is especially useful for sports performance or other goals that require more detailed nutrition tracking.
Food Catalog
Browse a comprehensive food catalog, adjust portion sizes, and add foods to your diary in just a few taps.
Each product displays its nutritional value according to your selected view — either in stars or as exact protein, carbohydrate, and fat values.
Food Diary
Your food diary keeps a complete history of your meals. Review everything you've logged during the day, return to previous days, and see how much remains to reach your daily nutrition targets.
My Progress
Track your progress throughout the program in one place. Review your progress history and monitor your journey over time.
Weekly Check-ins
Complete regular check-ins as recommended by your consultant. Record changes in your weight and well-being, note vacations, illness, or other important events, leave comments, and upload photos or other information that helps your consultant review your progress and adjust your personalized nutrition plan when needed.
Consultant Support
Stay connected with your nutrition consultant through the built-in chat. Exchange text and voice messages, photos, documents, and videos, receive personalized recommendations, and get ongoing support throughout the program.
Access
The INBALANCE app is available exclusively to active participants of the INBALANCE program.
Public registration is not available.
