2024-10-18	Sa*****	The app has been crashing and encountering various bugs for the past two months. I’ve been unable to open it despite uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. I’ve contacted the support team via email, but all my efforts seem to have been in vain. It’s incredibly frustrating, as I’ve spent ₹10.5k on this device, only for the app to stop working entirely. I expected far better reliability for such an investment, and frankly, this whole experience has been a huge disappointment.

2024-09-14	Ma*****	The companion app has been gradually improved with each new model. The current version works well enough. You can program multiple alarms, set vibration strength, and all the other things you need to do with a wireless alarm clock. There are a couple of things I would like to see for improvement. I would like to see the ability to pair with multiple smart shakers without having to delete the one you're currently connected to. Also a dark mode would be nice.

2024-06-06	Wh*****	Use this app many times. I have no problem but but 1 thing is problem. I hate numbers roll up or down. I'm very tired of it. I prefer click then pick numbers like calculator like that. Because it's faster! Please add that!

2023-09-20	An*****	The shaker itself is really good. Nice strong vibration, good size, and great battery life. The app is not great. While it seems to set the proper alarms on the shaker device, it alerts me with spurious popups about shakers going off at all hours of the day and night. Note the shaker doesn't actually vibrate, but the app seems to think it is and is thoroughly confused.

2023-09-06	Te*****	I bought the Smart Shaker specifically for WebEx alerts on my Pixel 6 and it doesn't even work! I threw $60 down the toilet on this one folks! Be warned! The problems continue! Once mine got to 10% charge. The vibration no longer works, even after a full charge. Now I have a $60 blinking paper weight! Glad someone has reached out to some of you. While others get ignored

2023-08-28	Gl*****	I like it, sometimes if I have the time zone set for my time zone it'll alarm me an hour early, but if I turn that off it goes by the time on my phone. The only other thing that I don't think is because of the app, but rather my phone, I would really like to find a way to have the app always running even after I close my apps. If anybody can help me with that please let me know, I have a Unihertz tank, the first one not the second.

2023-07-26	Jo*****	Does not work with most apps. There is a small list of social media and medical apps with which it will work but that's it. I bought it specifically to sync with the Active911 app I use to receive alerts from my volunteer fire department. Sadly, this app does not support it. Uninstalled and returning the Smart Shaker 3 device to Amazon.

2023-05-07	Pa*****	Finally, an alarm that actually wakes me up! I have a sleep disorder & it's so hard to wake up. Most alarms don't work for me, but this wakes me up every time! The only 2 things I dislike are: the app does not have a dark mode & the bright white screen is hard to look at when I'm checking & setting my alarms at bedtime. It's bad for sleep hygiene. Also, app does not display over other apps when it goes off so I have to open the app to shut off the alarm. Removed 1 star for these 2 things.

2022-12-26	Ry*****	This bad boy has saved my bunz more than a little bit. It last more than 3weeks on a single charge and has 5 different levels of vibration. The app has never given me any problems and I like the fact that I can set multiple alarms for different days and different times. It just works.
