Recent reviews

The app has been crashing and encountering various bugs for the past two months. I’ve been unable to open it despite uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. I’ve contacted the support team via email, but all my efforts seem to have been in vain. It’s incredibly frustrating, as I’ve spent ₹10.5k on this device, only for the app to stop working entirely. I expected far better reliability for such an investment, and frankly, this whole experience has been a huge disappointment.

The companion app has been gradually improved with each new model. The current version works well enough. You can program multiple alarms, set vibration strength, and all the other things you need to do with a wireless alarm clock. There are a couple of things I would like to see for improvement. I would like to see the ability to pair with multiple smart shakers without having to delete the one you're currently connected to. Also a dark mode would be nice.
