The most useless support service... NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from here my anniversary got ruined....I LOST MONEY AND CAKE.... The website did not work the support asked me use app... I slected 21 but it got placed i requested cancelation immediatly the wanted waited till next day and now saying they cant cancel cake delivered to mini theatre which is not my place its still 4pm the order is fixed delivery at 11pm still saying they cant help on anything worst worst service pls dont order

3rd-class app and extremely poor service. My order was never delivered but the app shows the status as “Delivered.” No one is responding or taking responsibility for the issue. This is completely unacceptable and a waste of money and time. Very disappointing experience. Fake delivery status and terrible customer support. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

very worst service experience i paid extra amount for specific time slot but order was too late and they charged extra for specific time slot never order anything from this site.
