would have given negative rating if possible. worst experience. no accountability, no customer support. no refunds. no reply on whatsaap. they charge extra for time slot for delivery and dont deliver in time. never gonna use it. worst app worst customer support. . There is nothing to be pleased about the resolution. If I would have used Ferns and Petals instead, I would not have faced these issues.

I am extremely disappointed with IGP's delivery service. The app promised delivery within 90 minutes, which was the main reason I placed the order. However, even after 3–4 hours, the order status was still showing "90 minutes to delivery." Because of this misleading commitment, I missed my friend's birthday celebration and the purpose of the gift was completely defeated. This was a very frustrating experience and reflects poor service reliability. If you cannot fulfill the promised delivery.
