User Reviews

Across reviews, the app is praised for its ease of use and a wide selection of gifts, with some orders able to be delivered on the same day. However, recurring problems include delivery failures or delays, slow and sometimes incorrect refunds, weak customer support, and quality or customization issues. Users feel the service often overpromises for the price and delivers inconsistent experiences.

Pros

Easy-to-use app interface
Wide range of gift options with varied prices
Some orders can be delivered on the same day

Cons

Delivery failures or significant delays (not delivered, late, or misdelivered)
Refund processing delays and incorrect refund deductions
Poor and unresponsive customer support (hard to reach, limited live help)
Product/printing customization issues and items not matching shown examples
Perceived high prices and poor value for money
