2025-01-31	Ja*****	The app user interface is quite good and it's running really smooth. Rarely face some connectivity issues which is normal. Overall experience is really good till now! Hope to see more updates or increase the number of facilities provided!

2024-06-06	Mo*****	The new update doesn't allow user to enter BH registration series. Renewals are not updated with actual premium. You cannot check health renewals on this app. Team should emphasise on user interface of the app it helps in friendly usage. As agents doesn't need complexity while selling the products and services of the company.

2022-09-07	DE*****	Worst insurance company (highly non recommended company for motor vehicle) When you require claim they will not gonna pass it. I had never seen this bad management and team iffco tokio rather they fill pass the time and irrites you. But no chance they will pass the claim.

I contacted branch but no one knows how to deal with it. They say Uninstall and Install again, I am like done wih it..

2022-02-22	Aj*****	I recommend everyone not to go for any of their schemes. I tried to cancel my travel insurance policy from them but even after 3 weeks they are not responding appropriately. All the formalities have been done as per their policy but they stopped replying once its taken care. No way to reach them over call and mail responses are once a week and that too vague.

2021-04-24	av*****	Not recommended to take road side assistance from this provider as theres no sense of urgency and they raised their hands during vehicle breakdown as it doesnt fall under essential services as per them during lockdown. Not going to renew and 100% not recommended from my end
