2024-07-05	Jo*****	They did not send my data and phone details to ckyc India . Hence ckyc record is not available at ckuc database. Error: phone number is not registered. Please ask your institution to send record to ckyc. . Kindly fix and send record so that I can fetch my ckyc record and use other service providers as well. ITGi number is given but outside your domain, it's of zero use.

2024-02-18	Th*****	Worst app and service ever. I created an endorsement with the required documents in the app. It showed successfully submitted. Nothing happened for almost 20 days. After calling them they told to share the docs in email and will be updated in 3 days. THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE APP? It's now almost 7 days still the data is not updated.

2024-02-16	SE*****	I've never encountered such a problematic app before. It's riddled with errors and bugs, making it a complete waste of time. Every time I try to use it, I'm greeted with nothing but frustration. The user experience is abysmal, and it's clear that the developers have done a poor job. 2024-01-13	An*****	Rating an app is of lesser importance than the worst service provided by IFFCO Tokio for bike insurance. I have and had an insurance from them. Unfortunately they denied to provide assistance though the policy said so. I kept calling but no action taken. I have kept all the voice call recordings of their unprofessional behaviour coz of which I was on road for almost 6 hours but no help. I have denied taking the comprehensive plan without a justification for the lapse they have made. No response
