RChatAI

You can find refrigeration and HVAC parts even if you don't know the name.

RChatAI is an app that allows you to find parts for refrigeration and HVAC systems using photos and conversation, and request orders on the spot. It was created to reduce the time spent searching through catalogs while removing parts on-site, wondering, "What is this?"

■ Finding Parts by Photo

When you take a picture of a part, the app reads its shape and markings to find candidates. You can start with just a photo, even if the model name has been erased or you don't know the name of the part. The results are displayed along with specifications, so you can immediately verify if they match what you are currently using.

■ AI Consultation — Text and Voice

You can simply ask questions like, "Is there a replacement for this model?" or "Which one should I use for this capacity?" If typing is cumbersome, you can also consult via voice, just like a phone call.

Parts found during the consultation can be added directly to your shopping cart or taken to the detail screen.

■ Parts Catalog

Refrigeration and HVAC parts from major domestic and international manufacturers are organized by product category and brand. You can view specifications, compatible models, and product photos together. You can also save frequently used parts to your favorites for immediate access.

■ Order Requests and Quotations

If you add the parts you need to your shopping cart and request an order, a representative will check stock availability and delivery dates and contact you. Payment is not processed within the app — your order "request" is received, and the price and payment method will be explained during a phone call with the representative.

If you require a quotation, please request it when placing your order. It will be sent to the email address associated with your member account.

You can also request a tax invoice when placing your order.

■ Request Phone Consultation

If your issue cannot be resolved via text or voice consultation, please request a phone consultation. Please leave your name, contact information, and available time slot, and a representative will call you. ■ Suitable for:

· Field technicians maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning equipment

· Equipment and construction companies that frequently order parts

· Those who frequently need to find replacement parts urgently

■ Important Notes

· AI consultation, finding parts by photo, and voice consultation are available after logging in.

Parts search and catalog browsing are available without logging in.

· The app is free to use. If you use the AI features more than the allotted amount, you can purchase a pass or credit.

· The stock and delivery times displayed in the app are for reference only; confirmed quantities and delivery times will be provided after verification by the person in charge.

· Consultation responses are for reference only. Please have the person in charge verify the final decision regarding equipment specifications and safety.
