RexAI is Ratermann's AI product expert, built for the compressed gas and cryogenic industry.

Rex is trained on Ratermann's full product catalog and approved industry data, so the answers you get come from real Ratermann product knowledge, not generic information from the internet. Whether you're in the field, at the counter, or on a call with a customer, Rex helps you find the right part fast.

WHAT REX CAN DO
- Identify parts by part number, description, or photo
- Explain product specs, certifications, and application fit
- Compare similar products side by side so you can make an informed choice
- Get general knowledge on products

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
Not sure what you're looking at? Snap 3 to 5 photos of the part, its labels, or the surrounding equipment and upload them right in the chat. Rex uses them to help pinpoint the part you need.
