One of the worst internet service provider is pioneer , I have paid amount on 1st oct today is 9th oct they have not given connection and if we ask for refund they are saying it takes 45 days, I think this network is running with old days techniques. In digitalized world it takes 45 days for refund. But takes fraction of seconds for payment. This is how they are playing with customers

Worst service don't take new connection from this company I requested for, connection shifting and they said it will take 4 to 5 days to give the connection and I started calling them from 4th day now it 11th day, still didn't give the connection, every day I call they say, it will Done by today evening but still today not done
