Worst experience with gnet broadband, it's been more than 50 days and the deposit not yet refunded back.. reached out support team and drafted emails no response... support team asked to reach out to Ramesh for refund.. he is simply extending the date., evry time he is saying one more week.. work experience

I requested for disconnection of broadband almost four months ago and it is disconnected with in one week.The agent collected the optical device within two days after disconnection but I didn't received my security deposit
