SIVA for planning, maintenance and follow-up of forest roads. The system manages Stora Enso's infrastructure, which consists of approximately 4,000 miles of individual forest roads, bridges and roofs. SIVA is used to document, plan and order road maintenance, new construction of roads and to manage roads. Stora Enso develops and manages the infrastructure to make the forest accessible and thus contribute to a reliable timber flow, sustainable logistics and minimized environmental impact.
