2026-01-24	T *****	I absolutely hate the app!!! Everysingletime I try to upload a check, the stupid camera can never read it! "Mive camera closer"..no results. You get the whole check in the box, move camera closer. You back away from the check, no results. U cant deposit cash in the ATM. I HATE THIS CREDIT UNION AND APP!! Everything is an inconvenience!!

2025-07-11	Jo*****	I need this app specifically to deposit checks. Every time I do it, it's like threading a tiny needle - - “move closer", I do, “use a dark, non-reflective background", I do. Then I try focusing and capturing it manually. The images are in focus, but for a business check that's wider than a personal check size, it normalizes the aspect ratio, then the image gets rejected by inspection at the bank. I'm using a new $1400 Galaxy S25 Ultra with a clean lens. Ally Bank works 1st time, every time

2025-01-14	Sh*****	I love being able to do everything in the app. I am able to lock and unlock my card using card control, send my documents securely through the message center, dispute a transaction and send money using zelle all within the same app.

2024-11-30	Ti*****	Unlike other banks, this app continues to be a problem. It's not user-friendly. You really need to log into a computer for online banking to pay a bill because the due dates based on when you will send the money isn't visible, and now zelle doesn't work, allowing you to choose a recipient. It's just stays buffering. This really isn't acceptable in this day in age.
