i am me is all about prevention, taking you on a journey of self-exploration, helping you to learn more about yourself so that you can really understand how to take care of your own mental health and wellbeing.

This app was created with young people in mind due to the alarming stats surrounding mental health in young people, with over 50% of mental health conditions being established by the age of 14 BUT all of the content on the app is relevant whether you are in education or beyond.

The app equips people with the tools and know how to better cope during challenging times and best of all it is FREE.

The content has been developed alongside industry experts that specialise in supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing including Samaritans, GPs, mental health advisors, nutritionists, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, learning and development professionals and health coaches.
