Turn off your Wi-Fi internet connection. then I connect the otoscope with a Wi-Fi connection. The camera was working beautifully. I was not able to take pictures though. tried several other apps that would not work. thank you for a wonderful program. it may ask you to join you can back out, it's not necessary. I use a mix of 50/50 alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. Few drops in each ear until it stops bubbling. you may need to repeat if ears are dirty. my doctor said never stick things in your ears.
