I love this app! I am learning so much about my metabolism. The app has so much information, with links to articles, why exercise is good, and when, and nutritional advice. My husband and I are both amazed that the camera feature is so exact with the foods I am eating. I have already recommended it to two people and I have only been using it a week.

So far, it's better than nothing, but for $40/mo, this app is very buggy. Representative response times are very slow.... but the silver lining is that I'm getting a lot of ideas on what a helpful app would look like! Also, for $40/mo, it absolutely needs an AI component, dark mode, accurate nutrient tracking and it needs to not crash when I try to include portion size. I could understand these issues for a $10/mo fee, but I'm concerned when the fees do not match the product's maturity.

Like it so far. Reported some bugs. A role model for customet support - quickest support i have ever been in contact with. Took some time to get fixed but it happened. Great company!

Update 2023: Still no refund. Original review: Don't waste you money! They're cheap for a reason. Got the sensor on a Friday. The app won't work. The only way to contact them is via chat which told me to wait for Monday for a response. Thanks for nothing! Edit: It gets worse... Nowhere on their site does it mention that my phone is incompatible. I had to buy it, struggle for days, then contact the sensor mfg to find out. I got suckered. Save yourself.

Stay away. They sell you 3 month subscription for a fixed price and then just keep billing you after. Please explain what a 3 month subscription mean if you keep billing after? Reporting this to Play store unless they make up for this. Surprised this app is even allowed here.

This is a great app, first time I used it everything worked perfectly. I just applied my second sensor and the app hangs and freezes so badly is basically unusable. I can't even contact support through the app 😭

Hi, help!- I've stopped being able to upload photos of my meals all of a sudden today. it worked up til then.( the last update was 6 days ago apparently). I press the photo icon and the picture icon...it goes to camera, and freezes, no access to my camera files any more, just blank. also frozen so I have to turn the fone off to unfreeze. can anyone help pls??

Dosent connect very well. It says scan to get meal score and I scan and it's not syncing to the app. Libre link and the veri app are connected so I don't see the point of this if it isn't going to show you anything. Needs to be fixed

Update: Veri have called to offer me a chat about the BMI use, no matter what happens that deserves 5 stars. Original: Oh wow, still using BMI despite being totally inapplicable to anyone with muscle mass. Embarrassing for a modern app
