Very frustrating using this app! It's impossible to pull up previous records and I'm talking about tests done 2 days ago. There's no help function on the app. Seen so many poor reviews here and wondering why the developers have not bothered to reply or provide any support. Really disappointed

App does not pair on Samsung S21 with Vivachek Eco Plus BLE Bluetooth device Absolutely useless, uninstall app and return diabetes monitoring equipment, just as well this isn't a life threatening condition eh Annoyed and frustrated.
