2024-10-16	AJ*****	UPDATE2: Oct-16-24 This app has not been working lately and I have not received any notification that it was going to be down.😡 What a customer service 😒 UPDATE: I take 1 star away. The app has bugs. It is not working properly lately.. ... I placed a few orders, and I was very impressed. They have fast and good quality service. I will be placing more orders for my family and hopefully they keep the good service. I RECOMMEND HUGO. But improve your app please.

2024-01-30	Ro*****	The worse App., ever....... Because three times already they canceled my order. And one of the excuse they gave me was too late at night when it wasn't even 7 o'clock at night when I ordered.... Its one of the worse apps ever. I just tried to buy something through the app and it charged me and it didn't place my order. I think Im completely going to change and stop using this app. It not worth the trouble it make me go through.

2023-02-04	El*****	The tracking feature rarely works, you cannot get discount codes to work, they blame it on the system and they don't even offer you a credit for the amount of the shipping discount despite the fact that you are offering that feature to your customers, is not like we are asking for something free, it's been offered. Customer service seriously needs to work on their skills. Timeframe is never what it shows on the commerce's page, I have had countless orders that have taken over 2 hours.

2023-01-22	Me*****	The app itself is fine. The delivery drivers are horrible. I keep giving this service chances and they keep disappointing me. Every. Single. Time. What's the point of asking me if I need change if the drivers are not gonna come with change??? I've had to wait 2 and 2 1/2 hours for my food. A mess!

2023-01-03	Kr*****	A review of the app not the service. Makes no sense that when there are no drivers you can't still shop. Should allow you to go in the store and then give you an option to deliver at a later time. Especially for non food deliveries that not urgent should be able to still schedule for a later delivery. Also your search is absolutely terrible.

2022-12-27	Th*****	Order cancellations are terrible. They take the money from your card immediately after placing the order and then when the order is cancelled you get an email or notification hours later... Then to make it better you have to wait up to 10 to 15 days for the money to get back to your account. So you're inconvenienced and hungry. The complete opposite of what they should be doing lol.

Loading times are often lengthy, there are random errors which pop up when trying to submit orders (it would be good to explain why), and there's no clear menu option to leave a review for the delivery man. I have to try to place another order before it comes up. There are definitely things to be improved, but it does at least work for getting my food to my door.

First they will cancel your order if something goes wrong for example if the store is closed or they don't have what you want WITHOUT contacting you. Sometimes you just go in the app and realize that your order disappeared and YOU have to reach out to customer service to find out what's the issue and for a refund. They take really long to deliver the food.

At first, I was very impressed with their efficiency but since recently, they have hiked delivery fees and the wait time is ridiculous! The app may 40 mins wait time and you end up waiting even up to 2 hours before you receive your food. Not to mention food delivered being cold and so on

It would be so amazing if the developers allow notifications to be sent in the respective language of the country they serve. Don't know why any time I try to select me actual location the app just loops and doesn't take me to select the food options. I have since just bypass turning on my licaion just to get into the restaurant options
