2025-01-17	Mo*****	pathetic.. there is no way you could launch complaint.. most of the time tanker deivers dont show up. after trying several times if your call they pick the call, simply refused to come as they have other commercial contacts. so most of the time the taker you request gone for commercial rates almost double.

2025-01-01	Sy*****	Salam, I used this app for the first time, it was really good and effective, second time, it worked perfectly and water was delivered. After a week when I try to use it again for water, it said your previous order is not complete and hence one order at a time can be served. I was surprised as the earlier order was deliverd five days ago. But it was not updated. Now i am stuck as app is not taking my order. There is no recource or complaint system.

2024-12-04	Sy*****	Actually all departments are corrupt and so this application is too. The vendor ( Controller of this app daily remove the quantity required from the form so that the water tankers can be sold on higher prices by this corrupt department. I must request to the vendors of play store to take control of all the rights from the KWSB's vendor of this application.

Please try again tomorrow." I’ve tried at various times, including between 12 AM and 1 AM, yet the option to select the required quantity (1000 litres) never opens, preventing me from proceeding. To make matters worse, my order was canceled without any notification or explanation. When I personally visited the hydrant to follow up, the response was unsatisfactory. This entire experience has been a complete waste of time, reflecting the inefficiency typical of a government institution.

2024-09-18	Ma*****	This application is just a scam, you will not be able to order your tanker and the app will show an error on the address or the number of gallons will not show when you are trying to order. It works fine in the daytime but kotta is not available. I tried from 12-1 AM as recommended by the KWSB representative, but after wasting much time and effort, I was able to go on the request order screen and it then finally showed me that the kotta is not available for today, try again tomorrow.

You can't change your address, the provided number is always busy and doesn't work, and when you try to place an order, the screen remains blank. Even if your order gets booked, the tanker mafia claims it was delivered, but they never actually come to your house because someone else is paying them more money. Absolutely terrible service.

Lack of action from senior management: No resolution or follow-up on my issues. Inaccurate information: Tanker status shows "dispatched" but I have yet to receive it. This level of service is unacceptable. I request immediate attention to my issue and a thorough review of your customer support processes to prevent such experiences

Now, I'm stuck with an unusable first account and a duplicate second account. I need help to either correct the address on the first account or resolve the duplication issue with the second account.
