pathetic.. there is no way you could launch complaint.. most of the time tanker deivers dont show up. after trying several times if your call they pick the call, simply refused to come as they have other commercial contacts. so most of the time the taker you request gone for commercial rates almost double.

Salam, I used this app for the first time, it was really good and effective, second time, it worked perfectly and water was delivered. After a week when I try to use it again for water, it said your previous order is not complete and hence one order at a time can be served. I was surprised as the earlier order was deliverd five days ago. But it was not updated. Now i am stuck as app is not taking my order. There is no recource or complaint system.
