HoraLegal: fichaje y jornada

HoraLegal is the time tracking app for employees of Spanish companies. Register your workday with a single tap, check your hours, and request vacation time from your mobile device.

CLOCK IN WITH A SINGLE TAP
Check in, check out, and take breaks from the main screen. You'll always know if you've clocked in and how much you've worked today.

YOUR WORKDAY ALWAYS IN SIGHT
Your current workday remains fixed in the notification bar, with the time worked updating automatically. You can clock out or take a break from there, without opening the app.

YOUR TIME LOG, ORGANIZED
View your work history by day and week, with the total hours worked and accumulated overtime.

CALENDAR AND LEAVE
View holidays, your approved vacation days, and those you have pending. Request vacations, leaves of absence, and absences, and receive a notification when your manager approves them.

LOCATION-BASED TIME AND TIME LOGIN
If your company operates across multiple locations, worksites, or sites, the app recognizes where you clock in and records your work hours at the correct location.

USEFUL, UNINCONVENIENT NOTIFICATIONS
Reminders to clock in and out and notifications of approved leave. Your schedule is respected: outside of your working hours, the app won't bother you.

TRUE LEGAL COMPLIANCE
HoraLegal generates the time and attendance records required by Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, with sealed, tamper-proof reports and traceability of any corrections. Your company is prepared for an inspection, and you have access to your own records, as required by law.

IMPORTANT
To use the app, your company must have subscribed to HoraLegal and registered you as an employee. If your company doesn't yet use it, you can learn more about the platform at horalegal.com.
