Horix is ​​the app that lets you clock in and out from your mobile phone, without paperwork or spreadsheets.

Designed for everyday work: open the app, tap a button, and your clock-in is recorded with the server time. No more balancing hours at the end of the month.

Work time is tracked in real time while your workday is open.

Choose whether you're working from the office, remotely, or at a client's location, and change it mid-shift if needed.

YOUR HOURS, ALWAYS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
• Monthly history with daily hours, breaks, and overtime.

• Monthly total at a glance.

• Detailed record of each clock-in, so you can see what was recorded and when.

VACATIONS AND ABSENCES
• Request vacations, absences, or correct a clock-in without calling anyone.

• Attach the receipt using your camera or from your files.

• Check how many days you have left and the status of each request.

REMINDERS
• We'll notify you if you forget to clock out and when your manager resolves a request.

OPTIONAL LOCATION
Horix can attach your location to your clock-in, but only when you press the button. There is no background tracking or tracking when the app is closed, and you can continue clocking in normally if you prefer not to share your location.

COMPETENT TIME RECORDING
Horix keeps the record required by Spanish law (Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute and Royal Decree-Law 8/2019), with time stamps, traceability, and retention for four years.

IMPORTANT
Horix is ​​a business tool. You need a company account to log in: the app doesn't allow you to register on your own and doesn't include purchases.
