2024-10-09	x *****	I have not been paid for the last two jobs and was kicked off the platform because the salt lake City area manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to install an apartment. My cleaning has been nothing short of impeccable but bc I notified the help desk through the app to let them know that she had arranged the bedroom furniture in a way that made no sense I'm kicked off and then not paid for my work. Contacted area managers and they didn't have the guts to tell me what the problem was

2024-06-30	Ra*****	Same issue as the previous review. Was getting tons of jobs showing up, but no PEX card to use. But when I did get the card and claimed jobs, they said I have claimed the job, but then disappeared from my view. Then it always said no jobs available. Then I had emails on my personal email account with a door code to the assignment. But the job I claimed didn't show up anywhere on my app with the address or job details. So now they have deactivated me for not doing a job I claimed.

2024-04-22	Ti*****	It's now been 10weeks since the initial pex card request and honestly I'm done I had so much hope for this app but not anymore. I'm getting notifications for jobs. But I can't take any of them. Because I've never received the pex card. And I can't get in contact with anybody. And i've been trying to for over a year now.

2024-03-02	Ap*****	The app is great but I'm not getting notifications and when I do they're so late the job is already taken. My phone is on auto update for this app so I'm not sure exactly what I can do to help fix the problem. Other than that it's great and very thorough

2023-04-05	Ja*****	I was skeptical of Landing before I started. I must say I love their integrity and what they do for a lot of Travelers. this is one of the coolest side jobs. Their support team is phenomenal! The staff is always there for the guest & contractors. Landing seems to value the opinions of all parties. I'm grateful I made the decision to give Landing a try.

Ppl talk about fill out the forms and honestly all I've ever seen until just recently was yellow rabbit screen or the carefully worded help topics . So up until a couple of weeks ago like the middle of June 2022 I did not even know what the forms section looked like. . Also TED is insulting. The screening choices are irrelevant. . And take too long. And app drains battery. .
