I keep getting error code invalid credentials. Than I have to log out. Also not able to upload pictures on most turnovers

I have not been paid for the last two jobs and was kicked off the platform because the salt lake City area manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to install an apartment. My cleaning has been nothing short of impeccable but bc I notified the help desk through the app to let them know that she had arranged the bedroom furniture in a way that made no sense I'm kicked off and then not paid for my work. Contacted area managers and they didn't have the guts to tell me what the problem was
