This application is reserved for the exclusive use of the Works Delegates (DPO) of the PDL 145 T project, in the 9 provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), managed by the Central Coordination Office. The user, created upstream by the administrator of the platform belongs to a control mission recruited by the coordination of the project within the framework of the monitoring-evaluation of construction projects and rehabilitation of infrastructures (schools, health centers and buildings administrative, roads, etc.).
