This application is reserved for the exclusive use of the Works Delegates (DPO) and territorial engineers (IT) of the PDL 145 T project, in the 7 provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), managed by the implementation of Financing in Favor of Fragile States (CFEF). The user, created upstream by the platform administrator, belongs to a control mission recruited by the CFEF as part of the monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects (schools, health centers and administrative buildings, roads, etc).
