Deep beneath the fen, a single bioluminescent beetle tips forward and lets go. Spore Drop sends you plunging down a dripping toxic cavern where thorny fungal shelves rush up out of the dark and the only way out is straight down.

You steer a glowing green beetle in freefall down a glowing vertical shaft. Fungal ledges rise up from below, each with one narrow gap, and you drag your thumb left and right to weave the beetle cleanly through. Thread a gap tight against the thorns and you bank a THREAD bonus that builds an escalating combo streak, so the closer you cut it, the bigger your score climbs. Snatch crackling energy bolts for bonus depth and bright chain pops. The deeper you burrow, the faster the cavern scrolls and the tighter the gaps close. One clip on a thorny shelf and your dive bursts apart in a shower of spores. Your depth in metres is your score, and milestone markers cheer you on as you sink.
