Home of Beautiful Souls

HOBS Companion — connect with licensed therapists and psychiatrists, and get real support between sessions.

Built by Home of Beautiful Souls Foundation, a mental health nonprofit in India

Features:
• Book real sessions — connect directly with licensed therapists and psychiatrists
• Mood tracker — log how you're feeling and see your patterns over time
• Private journal — write freely; your entries are yours alone
• Validated mental health assessments — PHQ-9 (depression), GAD-7 (anxiety), and more; the same instruments used in clinical settings
• Breathing & grounding exercises — quick tools for anxiety, panic, and stress in the Calm Room
• Task list for hard days — break your day into small, manageable steps
• AI companions — check in anytime with Bob, Kunnu, Po, or Cookie for a listening ear between sessions

Peer support groups are on the way — join the waitlist in the app to be first in when they open.

Whether you're managing anxiety, working through depression, or looking for consistent mental health support with real professionals behind it, HOBS Companion is built for daily use, not just a mood diary you open once.

HOBS Companion is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Home of Beautiful Souls Foundation exists to make mental health support more accessible. This app is one part of that work.
