Rubbish! When opted for video consultation, prompted to add card. After adding card details and deducted $1, still cannot perform video consultation and prompted to add card some more! Want to book clinic appointment, another error prompt! What rubbish!

The worst tele consultation. Doctor don't even ask any questions. Just prescribe meds and never diagnosed me. Went for teke consult at 5pm but now it's almost 10pm and yet to receive medications. If the medications are still not delivered I would like a refund.
