Truemark: Conduit Bender

Every number Truemark prints gets marked on a real stick of conduit, so the app shows you where that number came from. Enter the offset height and the angle you are bending; get the mark spacing, the shrink, and the distance from the end of the pipe.

18 CALCULATORS

CONDUIT
Offset. Offset from a fixed end point. 3-point saddle. 4-point saddle. Rolling offset with true offset and roll angle. Segment bend for a large radius from many small bends. Stub-up. Back-to-back 90s. Corner obstruction. Kick. Parallel offset for a second run. Matching bends: measure an offset that is already installed and get its angle and marks, so the new pipe matches. Parallel kick: several pipes kicked together, with the mark for each one.

PIPE AND LAYOUT
Slope and drop: fall, percent grade and true pipe length. Triangle square-up with the 3-4-5 check. Run layout, so several bends on one stick are all marked from the same end.

FRAMING
Stair: total rise to risers, run and stringer, including a US IRC R311.7.5 check. Rafter: span and pitch to rafter length and cuts, common plus hip and valley.

YOUR BENDER, NOT A GENERIC TABLE
Take-up and center-line radius are editable. The manual that comes with a bender tells you to read the deduct off the casting, and your measured take-up beats any published one. Gain is derived from the radius you set. For metric benders, measure the take-up once and it is saved. The app works in fractional inches, centimeters or millimeters.

WHY THE NUMBERS ARE TRUSTWORTHY
Every constant sits next to the publication it came from, and the app says so on screen when a value could not be confirmed against the manufacturer's own page. Invalid input produces no number at all, because a silent zero is a wrongly marked pipe. The tests are built from published worked examples, not from our own arithmetic.

BUILT FOR THE JOB SITE
The calculators run offline. Large type, a full-width readout band and controls sized for gloved hands. On tablets, the drawing and the inputs sit side by side.

FREE
Offset, stub-up and kick are free and complete. No counter, no timer, no cropped drawing.

TRUEMARK PRO
The other 15 calculators, the digital level, saved jobs that reopen with one tap, step-by-step bending instructions, and a shareable drawing and cut sheet as a PDF.
Three ways to get it: a monthly or yearly subscription that renews until you cancel it in your Google Play account, or a one-time purchase with no subscription and no renewal. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

DELIBERATELY NOT INCLUDED
Anything that depends on the NEC: wire sizing, conduit fill, voltage drop. A wrong wire size is a fire. This app is geometry only.
