2022-08-30	Da*****	I am beyond happy with Hero Box. On deployment I received multiple packages and each on had multiple things that i needed and even little snacks or candies that reminded me of home. Thank you Hero Box and thank you to the members of the Hero Box community, I wish I could thank you individually, but I understand why there is not a communication feature on the app.

2020-07-08	Me*****	I've had to switch to FB msgr to communicate to the soldiers! F*$@ Fix the app!! I'm losing patience! We are sending msgs that aren't going thru on either side, only partial msgs going thru AND when a new msg arrives, it'll not show in the communication feed! No matter how often it's refreshed. This has been going on for weeks now! It's a great app to have BUT why is Herobox not responding to the demands??? 😠😤 I'd like to give 5 stars, 🤔but right now you're lucky with what I'm giving you!🤦🤷
