I can't even get past the create account part through the app OR the website. Frustrating.

I am beyond happy with Hero Box. On deployment I received multiple packages and each on had multiple things that i needed and even little snacks or candies that reminded me of home. Thank you Hero Box and thank you to the members of the Hero Box community, I wish I could thank you individually, but I understand why there is not a communication feature on the app.
