Tertib Antrian

Tertib Antrian is a queue management app for staff and business owners. Issue numbers, call customers, print receipts, and display a queue board on the web — all from one phone.

Suitable for restaurants & cafes, clinics & pharmacies, repair shops, shops & counters, cooperatives, service offices, and any business that serves customers in shifts.

KEY FEATURES

• Multi-counter queue
Manage multiple counters or cashiers at once. The rows of numbers per service (A, B, C, …) remain neat and sequential.

• Print 58mm thermal receipts
Connect a Bluetooth printer and print queue numbers complete with business name, estimated time, and a QR code to track status.

• Web-based queue board
Share a single link; customers open it in their phone's browser to see the numbers being called and those waiting — updated instantly, without the need to install an app.

• Get a number online
Enable the get a number web page. Customers choose their own service from their mobile phone, and their queue number is printed directly on your counter printer.

• Automatic voice dialing
Queue numbers are announced via text-to-speech, with a "Recall" button if needed.

• Priority queue
Mark elderly, pregnant, or disabled customers for priority.

• Start a new day
One tap to reset the queue; numbering returns to the beginning without changing business data.

• Bilingual
Indonesian and English interfaces, can be changed at any time.

• Secure account & data storage
Log in with your email account. Business and queue data are automatically stored and can only be accessed by your account.

HOW IT WORKS IN A BRIEF
1. Select your business type — the name, counter name, and service list automatically adjust.
2. Issue a number from the "Take a Number" tab or via the online number collection page.
3. Call the customer from the "Call" tab, begin service, and then complete the call.
4. Monitor everything via the web queue board.

An internet connection is required to sync the web queue board and take a number online. Receipt printing requires a 58mm Bluetooth thermal printer.
