HENARA SMART.VO APP – The mobile solution for your practice management

Henara offers comprehensive applications and services for providers of statutory health insurance benefits, rehabilitation and preventative sports providers, and private health providers. Whether physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, or other health-oriented professions – with the HENARA SMART.VO APP, practices and providers always maintain a clear overview.

With the Henara SmartVO App, therapists, trainers, and course instructors can conveniently and flexibly manage patients, appointments, prescriptions, and documentation (text, photos, and videos) on their smartphones or tablets. PRAXX.ME appointment requests can be processed directly, and service confirmations can be securely and electronically recorded.

Use your Henara account to access – depending on your authorization level – precisely the functions you need for treatment, course instruction, or administration.

FUNCTIONS OF THE SMARTVO APP

✔ Create, view & manage appointments

Keep track of your practice or course calendar at all times. You can access your own appointments as well as those of your colleagues in various calendar views, view details, and edit appointments directly as needed.

✔ Manage patients

Quickly find the right patient, update master data, and access related prescriptions and documentation directly.

✔ Record & edit prescriptions

Create new prescriptions, use quick prescriptions, or add appointments to existing prescriptions. All relevant data is clearly displayed. Digitize paper documents using the scan function (via camera).

✔ Documentation

Access patient records on your mobile device, document patient information, prescriptions, and appointments with text, photos, and videos, and add further entries at any time. View prescription scans and other patient documents.

✔ Electronic Service Confirmations (eLB)

Record attendance and absences digitally. Coming soon: Participants in rehabilitation sports or functional training courses can sign directly in the app – securely, legally compliant, and paperless.

✔ Manage PRAXX.ME appointment requests

Integrated connection to PRAXX.ME Express and the PRAXX.ME customer portal: View, accept, or decline open appointment requests – all directly in the app.

✔ Permissions for therapists and practice management

Therapists can view documentation from other therapists if they have appointments with the same patient on the same prescription. Practice management has access to all practice processes.

PLEASE NOTE: The SMART.VO app is not yet fully accessible. Our aim is, of course, to make our applications universally usable; however, all customer requirements are subject to the limitations of available development resources and the associated necessary prioritization. Accessibility, however, is included in the HENARA roadmap.
