Henara Therapeuten App

We present the revised Henara therapist app as an ideal complement to the innovative practice management software Henara SmartVO© and the practice customer portal Praxx.me© on smartphones and tablets

Manage your appointments and patients conveniently in the treatment room, in the course room, on the devices or on the go using a mobile device. Also ideal for home visits and therapists with an external front office.

In the Henara therapist app you can now register as many therapists as you want at the same time and switch between the therapist views.

You can in the THERAPIST VIEW

◼︎ View all of your own appointments per day and access details
◼︎ View course participant lists
◼︎ View and edit patient information
◼︎ carry out simple documentation, such as taking photos and writing a treatment report
◼︎ Confirm participation or mark participants as excused/unexcused
◼︎ collect electronic signatures for rehabilitation sports and functional training
◼︎ Assign appointments and book participants into offers
◼︎ Sync all data to the cloud and access it from all other devices

You can use the brand new CHECK-IN TERMINAL

◼︎ Check in course participants independently using chip cards or key fobs as well as a name search in the current course, automatically mark them as “participated” or have them signed electronically
◼︎ Show course participants all past open, unsigned appointments for electronic signature
◼︎ Participants are allowed to book into courses independently and easily, ideal for Springer administration
◼︎ display the number of units still open per prescription
◼︎ Create additional check-in options for your patients on mobile devices and as an alternative to the SmartVO terminal

You can use this version again with at least Android 11 and in landscape mode.
