HELP ME !

The "HELP ME !" application is designed to address and/or mitigate the effects of negative environmental influences on individuals, manifested as conflicts between people - at school, at work, among friends, within the family. The consequences of such conflicts generate low spirits, emotional distress - stress or even a more serious psychological condition. All of the above have a negative effect on the individual. And if we want to re-establish non-conflictual and harmonious relationships in our environment, we need to properly deal with all the problems and difficulties. Do not let yourself be provoked into any kind of conflict situation - quarrelling, proving yourself right at any cost; be polite, tactful and respectful. If you see that things are not going in the right direction, step back in the sense of "step back now so that you can win later". But first, we need to analyse the difficult situation we are in.
Let's think calmly about what the causes are and how to address them. No one can live peacefully and relaxed with countless problems in their head.
First of all, try to detach yourself from the routine of your environment. Whatever problems you have, they came to you from outside, and so are the solutions available outside the vicious circle in which most people revolve.
The more you spin in a closed (mental) circle, the less likely you are to find a real and effective solution. You need to get to the root of your problems and act quickly, decisively and confidently, keep fighting. There are no victories without a fight! Be active!
Your active approach will trigger the help of higher forces, still unknown to us, but which we know to exist, and which science cannot yet explain even though they are part of nature. A still small voice inside us says " I know it is so" and that is enough.
Just move forward with courage !
The " HELP ME !" application will guide you through a process that will help you eliminate or alleviate any problems you have.
