2024-04-15	Ma*****	I have been charged 28 euro for a 3 minutes ride in Pisa, despite the app said the ride was closed, after I sent the picture of the parked scooter. The app had obvious issues with closing the ride. Customer service refused to do anything. Never happened before with any other e-scooter app. Look for BitzMobile in Pisa, much better and more reliable app!

2024-03-30	K *****	1st time using a helbiz scooter. ride was smooth. it was late in the day and beginning to get dark and I didn't want to walk at night! scooter was nearby so i downloaded the app, hopped on and rode to my destination. will definitely use again!

2024-03-11	Ma*****	I stopped my ride, took the picture as instructed, got a phone call and apparently the app didn't consider the ride over until I luckily went back in to show someone how it worked. Won't be using again and for the $20 overcharged while the scooter was stationary and their "customer service" told me to be careful next time. Well, there won't be one with this scooter app and I suggest you use one of their competitors. Good luck.
