Bought tickets for 3 people for Heathrow Express plus metro, spend over £90 and tickets were unavayo pock up at the mashine, Heayhrow Express employe wasn't able to colect them too he sold us new tickets.told us to wait 2 days and ask foe refund as refund option at the app wasn't avaliable at that time. e-form asking for ticket number and we don't have it as we couldn't colect this asnd refund was rejected. we paied twice! no cutomer service number nothing,.just silly e-form. Avoid !
