Bit field viewer

A simple tool that embedded software engineers may find useful, allows you to create a list of custom bit fields that are made up of a number of sections that simply name a range of bits, you can then enter a value for the whole field in decimal, hex or binary and view the value for each section, alternatively you can enter decimal values into the sections and watch it update the field value.
It is not a calculator of any kind, and it contains no domain knowledge, it just does a bit of masking and shifting for you.
This release is based on a previous version made a long time ago with the intention up modernise and improve useability.
