HCare Partner

HCare Partner is the workforce app for service companies and field workers
partnered with HCare in Saudi Arabia. It puts job dispatch, scheduling, and the
complete on-site service workflow in one place.

The app supports two roles from a single sign-in.

FOR SERVICE COMPANIES
• Register your company, upload CR, VAT, National Address and owner documents
• Add and manage workers, issue their credentials, and set service categories
• Track total workers, active workers, ongoing and completed services
• View all bookings with status filters and assigned worker details
• Review settlements and revenue figures provided by the HCare system

FOR WORKERS
• Receive new job requests in your service categories as they are broadcast
• Accept the jobs that fit your schedule — hold multiple non-overlapping
bookings without conflicts
• See scheduled jobs with the exact booked time slot and a live countdown
• Get notified when it is time to head out, 30 minutes before the slot
• Navigate to the customer with a live route and estimated arrival time
• Run the full service lifecycle: on the way, reached, service started,
completed, QR verification, and close
• Confirm cash collection for cash-on-delivery jobs before closing
• Review your completed work in service history

BUILT FOR SAUDI ARABIA
• Full English and Arabic interface with right-to-left layout
• Saudi Riyal (SAR), +966 numbers, Iqama, CR, VAT and National Address fields
• Light and dark themes

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Documents and identity details are transmitted securely to the HCare system
• Location is used only during active jobs, for navigation and live tracking
• QR verification confirms that the service was completed at the customer

HCare Partner is intended for registered HCare partner companies and their
workers. A company account, approved by HCare, is required to sign in.
