There is NO reason why I should need to log into an account in order to control the device over bluetooth.

The app worked great for a couple of months but now it is useless. The device is offline and won't connect to the app and it's trying to get me to figure it out, even though the problem is with the app or the device. Having it connect through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth both and having neither of them be useful seems pointless. It seems that you need to keep using the device and the app constantly to keep them in sync, and who uses their battery app that much?

It was working well until the last update, now we're back to losing connectivity again. I'm away from home for awhile and unable to reset and setup all the settings (yet again). FYI: I can access everything else remotely (including devices plugged into the jackerys). Edit (5/27): The app is working fine, the Jackerys themselves are disconnecting.
