User Reviews

Overall, users praise the app as solid and intuitive with strong device control (smart charging, temperature, charger status) and clear feedback. The most common drawbacks are stability issues (crashes and launches failures), privacy-related changes, and a confusing UI with restricted charging settings. These themes—stability, data collection, and navigation—capture the top pros and most mentioned points across reviews.
Pros
  • Generally solid app with an intuitive interface.
  • Strong device control and monitoring features, including smart charging, temperature readings, and charger status.
  • The app provides clear, real-time feedback on what the charger is doing.
  • Overall positive sentiment with easy-to-use design and reliable core functionality.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and reliability issues, including the app stopping or failing to launch.
  • Privacy and data collection concerns, with cloud login/registration and data sharing requirements.
  • Confusing UI/UX and hard-to-read graphs, with reorganized menus that hinder navigation.
  • Removal or restriction of charging limits/configuration (upper/lower limits hidden or disabled).
Recent reviews
The app itself ranks about 80%, but the Anker Solix power dock and battery system is awesome. I have done a detailed cost benefit analysis and it appears that the system will pay for itself in a little over 3 years. After that it's just money in the bank.

very good

Its a nice app. What's missing is a notification if the power goes out. I want to know if one of my devices lost power so I can get over there instead of waiting for 10% or 5% notice.
